Autorenporträt
Kevin was born and raised in the frozen tundra of the Badger State and grew up sucking at sports but rocking it out as an above average Dungeon Master. After completing the Kessel Run in less than 11 parsecs (a galactic record) he was named the 10th member of the Fellowship at the Council of Elrond. On his way to Mordor, he took a wrong turn in King's Landing and wound up in New Orleans where he refined his cook skills, got into the right kind of trouble, and in general, tried to avoid growing up. When that inevitable day came, and it was time to start adulting, he settled in California and spent the majority of his professional life working in Emergency Dispatch. After a couple decades under the headset in one of the world's most stressful jobs, it was time to get back to the things he enjoyed: travel, photography, writing, annoying people by quoting lines from his favorite movies, and cooking. While not the brightest bulb in the chandelier, Kevin realized that the Venn Diagram of his interests all intersected at writing a cookbook. His juvenile obsession with obscure references brings a unique approach to the genre while sharing easy and delicious recipes.
