Jose Luis Mendez Mendez, La Habana. Doctor en Ciencias Juridicas y Master en Ciencias Politicas de la Universidad de La Habana, Profesor e Investigador Titular. Diplomatico y escritor. Entre sus obras mas recientes estan: Mensajeros de la muerte: Centroamerica la punta visible del iceberg, 2006; Los anos del terror, 1974-1976, 2007 y Bajo las alas del Condor, 2007. Es miembro de la Union de Juristas de Cuba y de la Sociedad Cubana de Investigaciones Filosoficas y Ciencias Politicas.
