Father Dominic Garramone, OSB, is a monk of Saint Bede Abbey in Peru, Illinois. He was the host of the PBS cooking show Breaking Bread with Father Dominic from 1999 to 2001 and has written several cookbooks. Fr. Dominic shares his knowledge of all things bread through bread demos across the country and is also an online baking instructor for Craftsy.com. His "Breadhead Minutes" are aired on PBS and YouTube.
