Julie Blackman is a social psychologist who taught psychology to college students for 10 years, and after that has worked in the courts for more than 30 years as an expert witness and jury consultant. She has written about families in crisis and about how the internet has changed the courtroom. Banana Mistake is her first children's book. She has five grandchildren and lives in New Jersey, not far from Henry.
