Muhammad Sayadur Rahman is Professor of Public Administration at Jahangirnagar University, Savar, Dhaka, Bangladesh. He earned his PhD from the University of Heidelberg, Germany. During more than twenty years of involvement in academic and research work, he has been written several books, book chapters and research articles. His research articles have been published in different refereed national and international journals. His research interests center on politics-bureaucracy relations, local governance and development, environmental governance and public health. Mohammad Nur Ullah is currently Assistant Professor at the department of public administration in the Faculty of Arts and Social Sciences of Bangladesh University of Professionals (BUP), Mirpur, Dhaka. He earned his Bachelor and Master's degrees in Public administration in 2015 and 2016 respectively from Jahangirnagar University. His writings have been published in different national and international journals. His research interests covers politics and bureaucracy, local governance and development and international political economy.
