An aim of the book is to show the impact of Bank of England's monetary policy on the market before and after the crisis, that is in 2001-2005 and 2006-2011. Three major crises are also presented in the book, which turned up at the history of humanity i.e. collapse from the nineties of 19th century, the Great Depression from the thirtieth of 20th century and current financial crisis. These are crises which affected the economy all over the world, contributing to great changes. In the following chapters a regression analysis was described, which was developed by me based on figures from National Statistic of Great Britain, as well as graphs showing the effect of interest rate on house prices, purchased for the first time and for rent. This data were presented on the British market example in which the financial crisis really affected the whole economy of this country The book can be a great source of information for specialists in the field of: economics, finances, economic politics and Economic University employees as well as students of directions associated with real estate market function.
