Of particular mention is Mr Tumwine, a towering figure and authority in Banking Law and Practice in Uganda. Although this is an academic approach to the law of banking and regulations it would be found useful by the general Banking Public in Uganda and beyound.
Autorenporträt
The author is a Nigerian legal practitioner, law lecturer, publisher & researcher. He obtained his first law degree in 1989 and was called to the Nigerian Bar in 1990. He further obtained two postgraduate diplomas in Education and Criminology. He obtained his LL.M. and Doctor of Laws from Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria Nigeria.
