This work attempts to look at Banking Laws and Regulations in Uganda from an academic perspectives. This work attempts to look at Banking Laws and Regulations in Uganda from an academic perspectives. The contents are based on the approved sylabus by the national council of higher education in Uganda. These sessions were conducted during my lecture sojourn in some law faculties in Uganda, East Africa. A great deal of reliance were made by the students on the works of Ugandan authors in the field of banking. Of particular mention is Mr Tumwine, a towering figure and authority in Banking Law and Practice in Uganda. Although this is an academic approach to the law of banking and regulations it would be found useful by the general Banking Public in Uganda and beyound.
Autorenporträt
The author is a Nigerian legal practitioner, law lecturer, publisher & researcher. He obtained his first law degree in 1989 and was called to the Nigerian Bar in 1990. He further obtained two postgraduate diplomas in Education and Criminology. He obtained his LL.M. and Doctor of Laws from Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria Nigeria.
