This book deals with the issue of convergence in efficiency levels among Indian public sector banks (PSBs) during the post-reforms. To accomplish the task of measuring technical efficiency for individual PSBs, we have used the increasing popular methodology of Data Envelopment Analysis. The author is a faculty member of Lal Bahadur Shastri Institute of Management, New Delhi. She holds Ph.D. in Economics (with specialization in Quantitative Methods/Econometric techniques) from Guru Nanak Dev University, Amritsar (Pb.). She worked as a visiting scholar at IGIDR, Mumbai and published in reputed national and international journals.
