Currently serving as state's attorney for the Mississippi Emergency Management Agency, Randall R. Saxton is the founding attorney of Saxton Law, PLLC, which serves as general counsel for Randall Saxton Real Estate, Inc. and R&S Development, Inc. and practices in the areas of bankruptcy, IRS tax installment agreements, business formation, and estate planning, including wills. Randall also serves as the JAG officer for the Mississippi State Guard, on the Board of Directors of the Madison Chamber of Commerce, and is the author of the fictional thriller, Red Sky Warning. He does volunteer work with the Mission First Legal Aid Clinic, as a Mediator for the Jackson Municipal Court, and as a Community Emergency Response Team member. Randall is a graduate of Mississippi College, where he majored in History and English, receiving his Bachelor of Science degree in 2006. He also holds a Master of Social Sciences in Administration of Justice, before attending law school at the Mississippi College School of Law, and graduating from there in 2010 as a Doctor of Jurisprudence. He is married to Madeline W. Saxton, Regional Business Development and Marketing Coordinator for Jones Walker, LLP, and is a member of First Baptist Church in Jackson. His family enjoys photography, traveling, and their corgi, Hudson.
