They have 20 years experience in the restaurant business with their group of Bar 44 restaurants and strong connections to the food and sherry industries in Spain. Bar 44 also imports its own brand olives and sherry--Owen is an International Sherry Educator--and runs educational food and drink tours for private individuals and Bar 44 online cook-alongs.
