The Author: Susanne Kobor, born in 1975, studied law at the University of Augsburg (Germany) and mediation at the University of Hagen (Germany). She interned with different law firms in the United States and completed her second state exam in Bavaria in 1994. Susanne Kobor now works as a lawyer and mediator; she also teaches law at the Chambers of Trade and of Commerce and Industry as well as mediation at the University of Augsburg.
