Autorenporträt
Trudy Silverheels (3/4 Navajo) was born Linda Yazzie in Arizona on June 13, 1986. She spent her early childhood in the American Southwest and her teens in Mexico City, where she graduated high school and university. After earning an MA and a PhD at the university of Texas, she made her permanent home in Houston, Texas. She is the author of several works of fiction, including The Chosen Profession of Jade Stonecalf and Nuevo Biloxi (co-authored with Damien Wynter).
