This book contains two research works. The first one deals with "The barn schedule", a permanent technical management document of the dairy herd. It is most often neglected or ignored by farmers, but it is of great importance for the management of reproduction. The daily recording of information allows the farmer to optimize the technical and economic results of the dairy cow workshop. The second work exposes the "Wrapping techniques". This bibliographical research is addressed to fellahs as well as to the stockbreeders anxious to understand the principles of this technique of harvesting and conservation of the fodder, to follow the various cultural operations to produce a wrapped fodder of good quality and whose product will meet the expectations of the stockbreeders.
