Gauri Row Kavi is a psychologist, psychotherapist, hypnotherapist, life coach, facilitator of workshops, and a practitioner of alternative healing modalities. She is also the founder of 'Self Align', offering therapy for mental health. She has had a penchant for writing, mainly poems since she was a child. However, in her teenage years, she switched her language of expression from English to Urdu, albeit, without even knowing it, thanks to her fascination with ghazals. She also does Voice Overs for documentaries corporate films, etc. and loves listening to retro music.
