Therefore, the course aims to develop students' language skills in the context of special education terminology with emphasis on reading, speaking, writing, grammar, vocabulary and translation.This book is an attempt to emphasize and integrate the Basic English language skills for special purposes. It consists of ten chapters and a glossary of special education terms. Each chapter consists of six sections: reading passage, word study, grammar presentation, communication skills, writing, and translation.

Dr. Ayman Sabry, an associate professor of ELT at Suez Canal University in Egypt, and Qassim University in Saudi Arabia. He has been teaching English as a foreign language for 26 years. He is interested in EFL teacher professional development, teacher and student motivation, ESP course design, and cross-cultural communication strategies.
