In my book, I describe for the first time a sustainable path that could lead from a national basic income financed through taxes to a continental introduction paid out through money creation. Furthermore, I take this wonderful idea of an unconditional basic income to its logical conclusion and for the first time bring a comprehensive monetary system reform into the discussion. In order to one day also make possible the basis for a worldwide implementation. From my point of view, money has to serve people and not the other way round. Moreover, it is time to overcome the primitive and inherently limited tax system and to enable a real democracy of the monetary system and society.

Alexander Zirkelbach wurde am 13. September 1971 in Innsbruck geboren und wuchs als ältester von drei Geschwistern in Wien auf. Im Alter von 28 Jahren zog er nach Brasilien und arbeitete dort als Spezialist für Internetmarketing. Im Jahr 2015 beschäftigte er sich erstmals mit der Idee des bedingungslosen Grundeinkommens. Schon als Jugendlicher träumte Alexander Zirkelbach davon, die weltweite Armut zu beenden. Seine eigenen Erfahrungen mit Armut und das daraus resultierende tiefe Bewusstsein für eine humane Gesellschaft haben ihn schon früh geprägt, Wege zu finden, um das Ziel einer friedlichen, gerechten und hoch entwickelten Gesellschaft zu ermöglichen - in der es keine Armut und Ungleichheit mehr gibt. Nach 18 Jahren in Brasilien kehrte er 2017 nach Österreich zurück, wo er seine Aktivitäten rund um das bedingungslose Grundeinkommen intensivierte, indem er die BGE!-Jetzt-Bewegung ins Leben rief, ein internationales Grundeinkommensmodell namens BGE+ veröffentlichte und später mit der Akademie Bewusstsein Grundeinkommen das Modell "BGE Österreich" herausgab, um 2021 eine Bürgerinitiative dazu zu starten. Im Jahr darauf setzte er noch einen drauf und plante ein weltweites Konto zum Nutzen aller mit einer bedingungslosen monatlichen Überweisung und will damit das bedingungslose Grundeinkommen für jeden Menschen auf diesem Planeten sichtbar und erlebbar machen. Dieser erste Prototyp soll den Menschen auch die Idee einer neuen Art der Geldschöpfung (neutrales Geldsystem) nahe bringen, um einen nachhaltigen Weg zur Umsetzung eines bedingungslosen Grundeinkommens aufzuzeigen.
