The various educational sectors and institutions have to respond to changes. Teachers and learners are actors in educational processes and should be able to act successfully. Education management has to respond to these challenges and changes. As a young branch in the education sector, tasks arise from learning processes, on an organizational level and in the professionalization of teachers and administrators. There is a combination of pedagogical and economic concepts. Both elements should be balanced and result in viable solutions. Reflection is necessary for the development of design solutions.
