A look back is valuable because, together with the educational biography and the professional biography, it reveals moments of incipient cultural-religious competence, influenced by the socio-cultural situation of a diaspora. In retrospect, the author can only attempt to paint as accurate a picture as possible of the era in question from a personal perspective. In 14 "phases" a personal reflection will be undertaken, in the knowledge of an incompleteness, the portrayal of diaspora in the post-war period up to the founding of an independent parish and development in a postmodern cultural - religious landscape. The term "reflection" describes examining or comparative thinking about a thing, person or situation. It is therefore about the processual added value of cultural-religious knowledge, action orientation and the ability to solve problems.
