These materials embrace large and important research field because of their wide application potential in various fields of optoelectronic devices.Basing on the application of a number of modern experimental methods and theoretical approaches, in this monograph we elucidate a set of results that solve an important scientific and applied problem. This is the problem of understanding the main features of the influence of methods for synthesis and modification of AIIBVI films on the structural-morphological and optoelectronic properties of AIIBVI films.
