To review the current state of training, recent graduates and instructors were interviewed for their perspectives on the state of training and what should be improved.

He has worked for two decades for Canada\'s air navigation system, the last six years as an Education Specialist. He has also worked as an online facilitator for Brock University in the B.Ed. in Adult Education.He has recently resumed long distance running.
