School administration has over time been dedicated to: - Recruitment, motivating and developing personnel required by the organization - Helping in creating a healthy working climate and appropriate organizational structure to promote maximum commitment and effort - Ensuring that the abilities and skills possessed by people are used to the optimum in pursuance of school organizational objectives - Ensuring the organization complies with its legal, social and moral obligations both to employees and to others (including the general public) affected by the organization's activities. - Establishing the need for personnel, recruitment and selection, inducting, maintaining and supervising personnel.
