Dr.Wissam Sajid Hashim Al-Uboody was born in Ashatrah city of Nassiriyah Province Southern Iraq in 1979. He holds Msc & PhD in Physiology and works as a lecturer at College of Medicine, Al-Muthanna University, Iraq. He has an interest in English poetry, Physics, art, musics beside developing the scientific inventions and educational methods.
