Bradley P. Carlin is Mayo Professor in Public Health and Head of the Division of Biostatistics at the University of Minnesota. J. Jack Lee is Professor of Biostatistics at the University of Texas M.D. Anderson Cancer Center. Peter Müller is a Robert R.
