As a social worker in the state of Michigan I have had the privilege to work with many different populations including refugees, at risk youth, children and adolescents with developmental disabilities, adults with severe mental illness, young moms, experienced moms, and infants. My experience has taught me that self care is important no matter your age, abilities or daily struggles. I created this journal in hopes of helping everyone learn to be good to themselves.
