Be the Best is a series of practical lessons from successes/failures in building businesses and teams. The aim is to help people to STOP and THINK DEEPLY about areas of management/leadership; and so to realise the potential they have to Be the Best - by learning to be themselves, but more perfectly. The insights are from working in business turnarounds. Practical changes were achieved through the development of great teams and new staff cultures, delivering great Customer Experience. Simple, practical, thinking and strategies for managers and leaders are offered in an informal style - as if we were chatting over coffee, about how to Be the Best. The book is the starting point for some slow, long-term, deep thinking and action plans. It needs to be read and used, repeatedly, or given to some-one it can help.
