With an early introduction to meditation at age 8, Melinda McDonald Pajak has been seeking knowledge, wisdom, and the key to happiness since she was little. Melinda kick started her career in educational software design after studying Psychology at UCLA and later Instructional Design/Educational Technology at San Diego State University. She moved on to writing, developing, and delivering online training for Fortune 500 companies until she began teaching instructors how to teach online at the local university. Motherhood catapulted Melinda into a whole new adventure when she had to teach happiness, flow, and mindfulness to her young son. She found out she was rather good at it and wrote down what she taught him in hopes of teaching others. Her background in instructional design and her study of and passion for mindfulness and flow prepared her to teach, most effectively, those things that help bring humans joy. Melinda has created an online school to teach these concepts to students near and far who want to find more happiness and joy in their daily lives. Melinda continues to study psychology, spirituality, quantum physics, personal transformation, and philosophy because she is simply quite curious.
