Coach Tessa is a gymnastics instructor with over 30 years of experience. She has a passion for somatic arts, and has dedicated over two decades to practicing yoga, capoeira and creative movement, infusing her gymnastics teachings with a holistic approach to movement and expression. For nearly a decade, Coach Tessa has been a cornerstone of the Santa Monica Original Muscle Beach, where she brings her love for gymnastics, inspiring exploration for the joy of movement. Tessa started taking classes at the age of three. She found refuge from the challenges of home life through the world of gymnastics. This early discovery ignited a lifelong journey of teaching and sharing the transformative power of movement, making her a cherished figure in the realm of children's fitness and embodiment.
