Autorenporträt
The authors first collaborated on Historic Beacon, published by Arcadia in 1998. Robert J. Murphy serves as the president of the Beacon Historical Society and editor of its monthly newsletter. Denise Doring VanBuren is a past president of the Beacon Historical Society, as well as a past regent of the Melzingah Chapter of the Daughters of the American Revolution.
