Tara Brooke has worked as a model and her photo has graced the covers of many national and international magazines. She has also worked as a top spokesperson for some of the biggest names in nutrition. Tara was the first Ms. Met RX and appeared on the Howard Stern show which drew quite a crowd. As well, she worked as a spokes model for EAS, Med Pro and was chosen to appear in the swimsuit issue of Inside Sports Magazine. She also starred in the 100th episode of Baywatch that was filmed in Alaska. Tara Brooke is a savvy entrepreneur and has starred in 3 of her own workout DVD's. Tara has a successful marriage, is the doting mother of 3-yr. old twins, and because of the success she has achieved in spite of the daunting challenges she has had to deal with in her life, she is eager now to share with other women her secrets for helping them achieve their dreams.
