Kathryn Monaco-Douglas was widowed at 42 and used this tragedy in her own life to help others work through their grief. Kathryn has been coaching and facilitating grief support groups for close to two decades. She has been featured multiple times on CBS News and News 12 as well as a guest on many podcasts relating to grief. Numerous articles have also been written about Kathryn and the work she is doing for young widows and widowers. Kathryn resides in Long Island with her second husband, who was also widowed.
