Bonnyeclaire Smith Stewart is a versatile storyteller, using her talents in writing, song, dance, drama, and more since childhood. Her first public poetry recitation, as kindergarten class poet, was at age five. Her book, "Become the Pebble," draws on her life experiences from Birmingham, Alabama to international travels. Bonnyeclaire has found poetic expression to be both an anchor and a release in her personal and professional life. She has served in leadership roles in non-profit and business sectors, having earned an MA and an MBA. This book of poems brings the comfort of the familiar, with her fresh perspective on shared human experiences.
