Rebecca Finley, better known as Bec, has always been a huge fan of cooking (and eating!) and is a digital creator with an online following of over 250k across Instagram and TikTok. Known for healthier versions of family favourites, Bec's recipes feature lots of hidden veggies, higher fibre and protein, and lower sugar and fats. In 2021, she sold several thousand copies of her ebook, Bec's Slimming Bites, and is now publishing her first cookbook in print. Bec's culinary journey began with a year abroad in China and Austria, where she studied languages and enjoyed lots of amazing food. Finding that her health had slipped, Bec set about finding healthier recipes to cook at home but was disappointed in their quality and ease of use, so she started sharing her own creations on social media and soon built up an engaged community who love her ethos that you don't need to eat 'diet food' to develop a healthier lifestyle.
