Autorenporträt
Monika Rose, at home in the foothills of Calaveras County since the early 1980s, is published in several literary anthologies and magazines. Her book of poems, River by the Glass, by GlenHill Publications, will have company soon with a novel, a collection of short fiction, and three more children's books. She is an Adjunct Associate Professor at San Joaquin Delta College. Her inspiration for children's books stems from early adventures with her young children, a love of nature, and exploring the curiosities and puzzles in life that keep her inner child alive.
