This book is not a self-help book, but a call to peel back the layers of conventional wisdom and to explore the deeper questions about our motivations and values. Our lives are often built upon layers of unexamined beliefs and ideologies shaped from an early age. Yet, rarely do we stop to question the foundation of these beliefs that drive our thoughts and actions. This project stems from a profound desire to share the life-changing lessons Daniel Fong has learned through experiences as a mentor, teacher, and myth buster. In a world brimming with unquestioned beliefs and inherited ideologies, this book serves as a beacon for those seeking to understand not just the "what" of their actions, but the "why." We believe that by empowering individuals to question and redefine their belief systems, we can foster a more thoughtful, understanding, and innovative society.
