She holds a BSc in Nutrition and Dietetics, a master's degree in Nutrition, an MBA, and a Certificate of Advanced Studies from universities in the UK and Switzerland. Lorraine has gained diverse work experience in the food industry, academic institutions and a public health organization in Geneva.
