I was born in Gary Indiana. I lived there for 17 years before I moved in with my father in Southern California. I always used to write. Typically poems in my teenage stages of life. Then in 2009, that all changed because of a song. "Before He Cheats" (Karrie Underwood) inspired me to write my first novel. This is considered to be a "rom-com". I didn't know that I was going to complete a full story, but my mind kept going, and I kept on writing. Once that first story was written, more ideas of mine came into existence and then onto paper. "Befriended" is my first release with the others soon to follow. I have 3 children, all boys, and they all reside in southern California. I am on a journey in life to become the best me I can be for them, and for the new love of my life. (That's also a story I have to put into print). I reside in Missouri for now on a work assignment. In a few months, the final destination will be back where I started, Indiana. This new journey so far has been proven fruitful. This year will be the year to release more literary work and fulfill my writing goals.
