In this book, the author investigates the impact of effective instructional leadership behaviors of the school principals on the student's academic achievements in the elementary Egyptian private schools. This Book introduces a field study to explore the school principal's instructional leadership practices as perceived by both teachers and principals and its possible effect on student's test-scores. The targeted sample of the field study is made up of principals, teachers, and students from selected private schools in Egypt. Data were collected by using a proven tool for its professional standards of reliability and validity, which is the Principal's instructional management rating scale (PIMRS). The collected data are interpreted and analyzed, by statistical analysis using Microsoft Excel sheet, as it is used to indicate the sum, means and percentages of the numerical collected data. The data of the analyzed field study support the literature findings and stated that principal instructional leadership influences the academic achievement of students in elementary school in Egypt.
