This paper presents anthropological discussions about how adolescents serving a deprivation of liberty order at the Edson Mota Socio-Educational Center (CSE), located in João Pessoa, PB, perceive themselves in their social relationships established in their daily lives as a result of their imprisonment, and how they deal with issues relating to their sexuality, given that they are inserted in an institution entrenched in devices of control, discipline and the exercise of power.
