Let's flip the script shall we. Many people see or hear the customers side of the story when something goes wrong, but what does the other side look like? What about tthe workers? I wanted to share my side of the story from behind that famous green apron. I have seen a lot of changes within the company and the customers, from the entitlement from some customers who don't understand the word no, to the over complicated customized drinks that can't possibly taste that good. I wanted the book to be relatable, lighthearted, slightly sarcastic and hopefully educational for customers. After thirteen years and innumerable drinks later, I crafted this 166 page book, Enjoy.
