Sharing the stories of educators working across a diverse range of international contexts, the book explores effective teaching and learning and asks how we can build on this best practice in schools. The interactive and scaffolded approach, which includes space in the text for the reader to construct their own narrative, helps to develop an understanding of how personal values influence pedagogical practice. Engaging with these stories and teaching experiences, the reader can begin to create their vision of the teacher they would like to become.
