In November 2018, Beijing hosted the third meeting of the Belarusian-Chinese Intergovernmental Cooperation Committee, where the parties agreed to: first, expand mutual trade; second, increase mutual investments; third, strengthen interregional ties; fourth, sign an action plan to celebrate the Year of Education of Belarus in China in 2019; fifth, intensively develop partnerships in science, where it is obvious that further scientific cooperation and implementation of new forms of cooperation are needed. The parties have all the prerequisites for successful implementation of each of these vectors of development, which makes them the object of close attention of representatives of the international segment of Belarusian and Chinese journalists, whose professional duty is to provide adequate coverage of the entire set of targeted plans that are aimed at achieving the level of all-round strategic partnership and mutually beneficial cooperation in Belarusian-Chinese relations.
