"Raima Larter is a writer from Arlington, Virginia. Her work has appeared in Gargoyle, Writers' Journal, Mulberry Fork Review, Chantwood Magazine and others. Her short story collection, The Gate of Heaven and Other Story Worlds, was published in 2012. This is her first novel. Prior to devoting herself to full-time writing, Larter was a college chemistry professor and government scientist."
