It aired on August 10, 2007 in the United States and on October 22, 2007 in the UK. During the weeklong special "Ben 10 week" in April 2008, it was revealed that this movie serves as the official finale to the series even though it was aired months before the last eight episodes of the fourth season. It was released to DVD on May 20, 2008 exclusively at Wal-Mart stores. However, neither of the alternate versions were on the disc, merely the original with Heatblast, but the fourth season DVD contains all four versions, plus the pop up trivia version. Chronologically, this takes place after "Ben 10 vs. the Negative 10" and is, in effect, the season finale.
