Thus, after processing the data and analyzing the results using analytical and inductive methods as well as questionnaire and documentary survey techniques, we came to the following results: Concerning the structure that deals with the activities of Human Resources Management in PREMIDIS and BRALIMA companies, after our interview with the head of human resources of these two companies, we came up with the results that can be found inthe book.
