From the developing worlds' perspective, everyone is desirous of having health professionals that could help manage their health delivery competently, thereby creating awareness of health professionals to acquire the required skill to improve in health delivery. The situation becomes more intense when the health professionals themselves see the need to educate themselves in order to fit into as well as enable them to take up some prestigious positions in the health profession as well as have the needed skill to meet the needs of the present health challenges. These have given rise to an escalating quest of health professions to educate themselves at the tertiary institutions. In effect, it becomes a requirement then that, these practicing nurses get corresponding reasonably good number of faculty to handle them. But the situation seems to be different.
