Bangladeshi Bengali medium students have hardly enough ability to speak in English. Their psychological and sociocultural factors make a barricade in speaking English. This paper will discuss with the issues that the Bangladeshi Bengali medium students face in speaking English. However, a parallel shed light will be focused on the non-English speaking learners who are also facing the same kinds of problems achieving the English speaking skill. The discussion shows that there is a synchronization of the problems that the learners from non-English speaking countries face and the elevation of which can make these learners more efficient in speaking English.
