IgA nephropathy (IgAN) is the most common primary glomerulonephritis worldwide. It is characterized by variability in its clinico-biological, histological and evolutionary manifestations. We conducted a retrospective descriptive, analytical and comparative study in the Department of Internal Medicine A at Charles Nicolle Hospital, Tunis, from 1992 to 2021. The study included all patients with primary IgA nephropathy confirmed by renal biopsy.Two hundred and thirteen patients were included. The mean age at diagnosis was 34±12 years.
