Betty Nance Weber (Editor) BETTY NANCE WEBER was on the faculty at the University of Texas at Austin until her death in 1979. She had published on German theater and literature and had worked with experimental theater groups producing original scripts. Her study of the chalk circle plays, Brechts Kreidekreis: Eine Interpretation, was one of the volumes chosen to commemorate the eightieth anniversary of Brecht's birth. Hubert Heinen (Editor) HUBERT HEINEN is a professor emeritus of Germanic languages at the University of Texas at Austin. He is the coauthor of Basic (Spoken) German Grammar and Paths to German Poetry and has published a number of translations of German works.
