Rodney A. Ellis is Associate Professor of Social Work at the University of Tennessee and in clinical practice at Personal Growth and Learning Center, Cookeville, TN. His areas of expertise include juvenile justice, child welfare, and cultural competence. He has practical treatment experience in numerous settings. He has also authored numerous studies, professional articles, and books.
