Jeaneth Michelle L. Balaba worked as Records Officer III in charge of the Records Center of the Government Services Insurance System. She performed Special Procurement functions as well, as Member of the GSIS Bids and Awards Committee Secretariat. She is presently teaching Economics at the leading public university in the City of Manila.
